Our commitment to quality is backed by our Standard 12-Month Limited Warranty, designed to give our customers nationwide complete confidence in every purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

Flowbin South Africa provides a 12-month limited warranty on all products unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects, Material defects, Workmanship defects, Issues that occur under normal, intended use. If a factory-related defect arises during the warranty period, Flowbin South Africa will:
• Repair the product, or Replace the product, or Issue a refund or store credit if the item is no longer available

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.
This warranty applies to all major product categories, including:
Flow bins / IBC tanks, Water tanks, Plastic drums & steel drums.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover;
Normal wear and tear, Cosmetic scratches, dents, or fading, Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse, Incorrect installation or failure to follow installation guidelines, Chemical corrosion or exposure to harsh substances, Damage from impact, accidents, or environmental events, Modifications or repairs by third parties, Consumable parts such as seals, hoses, gaskets, wheels, and connectors (unless defective on arrival)
Products must be used for their intended purpose and in line with manufacturer specifications.

3. Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
• A detailed explanation of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the defect
• Contact details for follow-up

Approved claims may result in;

Any repaired or replaced item is covered by the remaining warranty period or a minimum 30-day extended coverage, whichever is longer.

Customers must ensure:

• Proper installation on suitable foundations
• Correct use as intended by the manufacturer
• Regular maintenance where required
• Safe storage and handling

Failure to follow installation or usage guidelines may void the warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flowbin South Africa is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of income, business interruption, or operational delays
• Costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or transportation unless previously agreed

This warranty provides coverage as permitted by South African law.
